Any bc work for acne and migraines???!?

I was on the copper IUD for about 4 years but it made my periods unbearable. Ive been just using condoms for a few years now, but I’ve been thinking about getting extra protection. The issue is hormonal bc that’s good for acne (estrogen) is bad for migraines and vice versa. Any one know of a good bc to ask my dr about?
