Does anyone have a Dowager's hump?

A humo behind their neck and in between their shoulder blades.
I am pretty self conscious about it and haven't noticed people with it. Is it common or not so common?

I had no idea it even had a name. I just googled it and I definitely have this (my mom has it too). When I asked my doctor about it they said there was nothing that could be done about it. But now I’m seeing there are corrective braces you can wear. I’m also self conscious about it but mine isn’t super noticeable yet!

My friend actually has this, I’ve always wondered what exactly it was but I never wanted to ask just in case she was self conscious about it. She hasn’t always had it, it showed a little more when she started gaining weight from her birth control.

I do. I have horrible posture and I think that’s what caused it :(
