anal tips?

how should i prepare for anal? should i douche beforehand? i don’t want to be gross, but i also don’t know how to go about that. any tips? thanks!!💕

Answer

Douching isn't completely necessary but I find its very helpful in feeling comfortable knowing your super clean. If my wife is going to be playing back there I like to use a disposable fleet enema which can be bought at any drugstore,  but I don't use the liquid it comes with, I empty it out and use lukewarm water and rinse a couple of times. Make sure to use lots of lube. I like coconut oil or Vaseline,  and take it very slow. If you've never done any kind of anal play I recommend trying it out on your own with a finger or toy to get used to the feeling. Good luck!
