Lost weight?

I quit pumping two days ago. I am very proud for making it 14 months w my babe.
It feels like since i quit, my body is loosing weight! I’m down 4 pounds already. 
Anyone else experience greater weight loss when quitting?

I think I’m the opposite 😭 breastfeeding had me at below pre- pregnancy weight. Now that we’re down to once or twice a day I feel like I’m gaining weight.

I’m in the process quitting pumping now. Today and yesterday i just pumped for 5 mins in the morning. I think I may leave it at that and not pump anymore. I hope this is the case. I have 60lbs to lose to get to my pre pregnancy weight 😬

🤞🏻🤞🏻 I’ll cross my fingers I’ll lose another couple of pounds!!! I lost 20lbs breastfeeding. I was 145lbs when I got pregnant and lost all my pregnancy weight plus another 20lbs due to breastfeeding. I weigh 125lbs right now.

Almost everyone I know gained weight with breastfeeding and as soon as they stopped they lost weight. I couldn’t try to lose weight during breastfeeding because it would affect my supply. But I’m tryin to wean him off and I’ve noticed I’ve lost a couple pounds now.
