12w5d ultrasound. She switched to 4d for a minute and I think I saw a little nub.... What do you think? I'm a first time mom admitting I know nothing lol

Here was my 13 week 1day ultrasound pic of my firstborn. I thought “boy” right away when I saw this picture and it was later confirmed at 14 weeks... and then again at 20 weeks... and then again when he was born. Those 🍆 can be quite obvious 🤦🏻‍♀️
