Any tips or tricks?

Hello, so i am 5’2 and 98lbs but i’m trying to work on getting the figure i want or at least.

this is what my waist looks like right now...

these photos down here is what i’m trying to achieve. if someone could give me workouts and advice so i can try and get something close to this or add more curve into my waist that would be really helpful!

add a little curve into my waist part so it can help me feel more confident.
