What to eat when having serious sugar cravings???
I’m really working to be healthier so I’m looking more for low calorie options. I’m not on any special diet like no carbs, but I calorie count. I can usually resist the minor cravings like wanting a dessert after dinner, but how do you resist serious cravings? I’m talking major period cravings when all I want to do is eat an entire pan of brownies kind of thing? Maybe I’m just crazy and have no self control on my period. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
