What does your LO’s nap schedule look like?

Just curious. Ours is kind of all over the place..

Henry wakes up around 6 and he goes down for his first nap 2-3 hours after he wakes up. Typically around 9. He sleeps about 1.5 to 2 hours. He normally goes down again between 12 and 1 and sleeps another 2 hours ish. Bedtime is around 6:30 or 7.

It depends on when my little guy wakes up. Once he’s awake, breastfed, floor time, breakfast (purées) he goes down for nap. So after he wakes up he’s up for about 2.5-3 hours before a nap. Then we repeat the above schedule and have lunch. Awake for 3 hours or 3.5 then nap. Then repeat schedule with dinner. Sometimes his naps are 30 minutes sometimes they are an hour and half. Depending on how his naps go sometimes he takes a little cat nap (30 mins) in the evening if he’s extra fussy. Goes to bed between 7:30-8 pm. He wakes up every two to three hours at night and sometimes he will wake up and try to play at like 3 in the morning so his wake up times for the day always differ. He marches to the beat of his own drum and sets the schedule for me lol I just follow!

We do 2.5-3 hour wake windows. So depends on when she wakes up and how long she naps. 
But typically up at 7, first nap at 9:30, second at 1-ish, and third at 5pm for just 30 minutes. Then she’s asleep for the night around 8.

She gets one nap at daycare that starts at 11ish and then I put her down for a second nap at 2:30/3. 
She wakes up 7/7:30 am
The first nap is a hot mess and could be anywhere from 15 minutes 😤 to an hour 😌
Second nap is usually 1:30 🤤
Bedtime routine starts at 6:45pm.
