bleeding after masturbation

hi, i masturbated with a toy maybe two nights ago. afterwards i went to the bathroom and there was light blood. but now i’m cramping and bleeding like my period had started. (i have irregular periods and haven’t had mine for a while but i talked to doctors about it) i was just wondering if this was normal? my calendar also said i was ovulating two days ago?
