Could I be pregnant IUD

I’ve had my IUD (kyleena) in for three months and my bf and I had unprotected sex for the first time two weeks ago. Day before yesterday I had normal period signs (tinder boobs that go away as soon as I start menstruating, break out, and cramps). Once I had the cramps tho I went to the washroom and noticed there was light pink blood when I wiped. Since then I stopped bleeding. After that my boobs weren’t sore and I feel decently normal (no pms). The IUD has been making my period really light. I may just be overreacting but I’m scared I’m pregnant.
