Hi! I’ve been on birth control for about a year now, I didn’t always used to get headaches and migraines while on the pill but somewhere down the line I did start to get them during the placebo part of the pack. I’m aware that the hormones take a hit during that week but I just wanted to verify if it’s normal to get migraines during that time. Does anyone know a way to bring down the pain without taking pain killers?
