PCOS and exercise
Anyone else get their period after they start working out??
Today was my first time going to the gym since April (yeah, long time). I also got my period today. I haven’t had a period since September. Coincidence or exercise-induced? Either way I’m glad to have gotten my period without it being medically induced.
