Help I need advice

If on the edge of tears 😭 my partners gran has cancer but she raised him from a baby we have been engaged for 3 years and he says if his gran passed away he won’t be getting married 😭😭 I just feel like me might as well stop trying to conceive as well because if she passes away surely he won’t want a baby too 😭
