Is it weird that me and my bf never had sleepover or went to vacation together for 4 year relationship? Read below first

I see everyone is having vacations or trips with their so, or at least a sleepover and I've never had that.. I know our circumstances aren't the best but I even invited him for  a vacation last year with my mom and he refused tho it was already paid so he wouldn't have to spend anything if that was the problem.
He also won a trip voucher last year and didn't use it at all and honestly I thought he would at least ask if I wanted to go with him to have some time alone at least.. I was a bit disappointed but okay.
I know this might seem like I'm a teen and immature but I'm 21 so..

Idk I would be kind of offended after 4 years if we’ve never even stayed over together one way or another. Are you all sure there is to something you don’t know ? Not to sound rude but it would deff send red flags for me personally

Yeah it’s a little odd to me. I’m your age and me and my bf have been dating for 6 months and we spend the night together almost everyday and we’re about to go on our first vacation together

I have been with my husband for 9 years and we have never taken a vacation. So I don't find that part weird at all

We didn't go on our first vacation together until we had been together for three years - and it was to go to a friend's wedding (who ended up getting divorced two years later 😬). Our next one wasn't until our wedding honeymoon - eight years together at that point. 
Admittedly we started having regular sleepovers in college, after 1 1/2 years.
And functionally moved in together after 2 1/2 years. 
But each relationship moves differently than others. Someone might go on a vacation every other week starting with the first week of a relationship. Some others could be together for 10 years without ever having a vacation. If it's important to you to have a sleepover or a vacation, then that's a conversation you need to have with your partner. He may have had a valid reason for declining your invite, and then not taking you with the voucher. Maybe he's not ready to take that step and that's something that you need to weigh in importance for yourself.

This doesn’t sound like an abnormal thing. I mean he could specifically have a reason why he doesn’t want to do those things. Have you asked him why?
I mean yes most couples go on vacations blah blah but there’s quite a few who don’t. Sleepovers are optional and not a requirement by any means.
