Post sex stomach pains

I had unprotected sex with my bf about 5 days ago for about 3 hours. We had around 4 rounds of sex, which was on the rougher side. He did not ejaculate in me btw.

I am now having odd stomach cramps and abdominal pain. I am also approaching my ovulation day and read that it’s possible to feel abdominal pain while ovulating but this hasn’t happened before. My underwear has also been very very wet and my discharge has been watery. Around my time of ovulation, I’ve never had discharge this watery.

Has anyone had a similar experience before?
