Please help!!!

I am on the Mili pills birth control. I take them everyday at 5pm because I work 3rd. The other day my schedule changed and I slept through my alarm to take it. I ended up taking it at 10:45 that night. I'm in the middle of my pack and take it on time every day before and since. How long do I need to wait for it to be effective again?
