My standard of clean is spic and span. No mess, clutter, or grime.

It is clean, but we live here. There is a blanket draped over the edge of the couch, my laptop and notebook are on the chair. the easel is in the middle of floor from when I moved it to wipe up paint, there are dishes on the drying rack, my lunchbox on the counter waiting to be packed. I don’t do filth, but I don’t put everything away so the house looks like a model.

Its disorganized at the moment. I gave up on spic and span when I had my youngest. She doesn't let me do much for too long before being clingy again.

Yes but it’s my roommate’s mess 🙄 it drives me nuts that she doesn’t clean up after her and her guests, but it’s not my job to clean up after them. I’m not even home most of the time anyway, I literally just sleep here. And let me tell you my room is SPOTLESS. It’s my safe space 😅
