I know I have a low chance so I am torn if I will do it and just get a heart break if not successful or just trust that miracle will happen naturally.  I had a miscarriage even if doctor said Both fallopian are blocked. It was in the midst of pandemic.

If both your tubes are blocked you need to try it. Best chance. IVF was really invented for women with blocked or missing tubes.
