Nothing is wrong with it or anything but it just says that

That doesn’t make sense because normally you get to do skin to skin right after baby is born 🤔 it not only forms a bond but it also helps your body make milk for baby because of the hormone touching your baby releases. I have never heard anyone saying that. However, you aren’t supposed to give them a full bath until it falls off.

Unless it is infected skin to skin is great for the baby and the umbilical cord heals on its own!

Hmm that’s strange Doctor let me do it while baby still had
 umbilical cord stump attached . All I know is that you aren’t suppose to fully bathe them until the stump falls off . You should be able to do skin to skin with your baby .

Absolutely can.  I did in the nicu reveal times a day, not just with an umbilicals cord but a bunch of wires too 😅

Yeah that’s weird.. I definitely did it when I was In Hospital and when I got home. His was fine and fell off on its own in two weeks 🤷🏻‍♀️
