I’m looking for a new job that would let me work 100% from home, and I found one that looks great. It’s with a private engineering company (I work for state government now so it’s pretty laid back) and I had the first interview last week. The hiring manager emailed me asking for another interview tomorrow, and then ANOTHER interview next week that will be about 2.5 hours. I’ve never heard of an interview that long and am really nervous about it, to the point that I don’t even want to do it. Just looking for some advice or if anyone has had an interview this long before??
