Thinking about reporting my boss

I have never worked with someone so unprofessional in my entire life. She is such an immature, mean bitch. Furst things first. If you have to call in or ask for days off you better just say it's for personal stuff, because of you tell her what it is she will gossip about your business to the whole kitchen. I did not need to know one of the servers lost custody of her child and has a court date. I can't even imagine all the stuff she's probably said about me, but the worst is how she's been treating our new employee. We hired five more servers and one is this boy. He's 18 and has down syndrome. Behind his back she calls him "Slow boy" and says "Where's slow boy." She also talks about him with the other employees and has thrown around the R word. Me and this boy actually go to the same community College. We had seen each other on campus and I've talked to him. He is studying to be a physical therapist. This boy obviously has dreams and goals. My boss is probably bitter all her dreams went out the door years ago🙄. He also has the highest ratings from our customers surveys so he's a great server. And don't even get me started on how she talks to him. She speaks to him like he's 5 and he's such a sweet person, that he just takes it! I am honestly going to try to see if anyone else who is also fed up with her will help me go to HR because I'm so sick of this women!
