When did you start Implantation bleeding?

Comment for other days after 11 DPO. Just curious as to what everyone has to say. Currently been cramping on/off since 4 DPO but it’s become more regular to Nights/Mornings but no bleeding yet, just some bloating throughout the day 🥰 Baby dust y’all.

Implantation bleeding is a myth. Or rather it's just horribly named. Blastocysts are too tiny to displace enough tissue to cause any pain/cramping or any noticeable bleeding during the implantation process. If a women experiences spotting after ovulation/before their period, it is likely one of thee 2 scenarios:
Scenario 1: Mid-luteal spotting. This occurs due to a secondary estrogen surge (the first being what triggers the LH surge that happens before ovulation). When estrogen surges, progesterone can drop. When progesterone drops, you often bleed. If it only drops a little like it does in this scenario, spotting occurs. This can happen in both pregnant and non-pregnant cycles - and is random - meaning it probably won't occur in every cycle, nor in every woman. So when you say "but it's never happened before", this is likely true. But doesn't signify successful implantation.
OR
Scenario 2: Progesterone low and/or progesterone lag in pregnancy. This is likely what most people experience who end up getting a positive pregnancy test after what they assume was 'implantation bleeding'. This is what causes the late-luteal phase spotting - which is not a result of the fertilized embryo implanting at all. It occurs when the corpus luteum (where your egg ovulates from, and what produces progesterone) 'runs out of gas' at the end of the luteal phase. If you are pregnant, progesterone can drop a bit before the embryo can produce enough HCG to maintain the corpus luteum and tell it to keep making progesterone. When it drops, (as in scenario 1), you will have spotting. If you are pregnant, you will get a positive pregnancy test a few days later. If you aren't pregnant, your period will start.
Either way, spotting should not be taken as a sign indicating possible pregnancy, as there is no reliable way to actually know what is happening, unless you are being monitored with serial blood tests. Simply put, spotting is not a sign of anything worth worrying about in regards to pregnancy detection. Good luck!

I had it in my second and third (this pregnancy) around 12 dpo. The first time it was just pink tinted discharge and this time it was brownish discharge. Both times I thought af was coming.

I had it with both pregnancies and the first time it was 8dpo and the sefond it was 12dpo. We lost both but that was unrelated.

Implantation bleeding is not common at all. These groups make it seem like such a common thing. I have been pregnant twice and never had it.

Implantation bleeding only occurs in about 25% of women. I got an implantation migraine. I think that’s even more rare 😅

Two pregnancies so far and I never had implantation bleeding. I had very mild spotting at 6 weeks though, this is my second.
