18 month old not talking
My 18 month old isn’t talking , he babbles on and on like he knows what he’s talking about even repeating things , but only says mamma dadda and oh what’s that? My doctors appointment for him was a shock when she told me he should be saying 20 words because he isn’t , any one else going through this ? He also isn’t able to point to his nose and eyes ect but knows things like “ can I see that?” Or “ bring me that toy”
