My husband and I have been seriously talking about me staying home with the kids. 2 and 5. I have a great job that a love so this is a huge decision for me. What are some surprise that you ran into when making this decision. Any tips on how to handle making this transition. Not sure how to tell my job or sitter. I love my boss and our sitter.
