What were your next steps after Clomid “worked” in respect to ovulation but you didn’t conceive after taking it for months?

I do ovulate on my own but my obgyn was hoping it would give me a little push. We’ve been trying over a year and had a chemical a year ago. My bloodwork and HSG were normal and my husbands SA was normal. Anyone have an idea of what next steps might be? Time for a referral to a RE? I know I’m not comfortable staying on Clomid after this month without monitoring. Looking forward to hearing others experiences and thoughts💖
