Birth control spotting

Hi girls! So, this is my second pack of pills so far and my

period is due in 15 days ( around that time) and I always feel cramping like an hour before I have to take my combination pill which is at 8pm EST everyday . I am not on my place-bo pill week and I took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago after my place-bo pill week ended and I got a big negative.Is this just spotting from the birth control or should I be worried? I have been taking birth control for one month as of jan. 15
