Earliest at signs of pregnancy

So for probably about 9 to 10 days now I’ve have e lower back cramps full though but I notice that they are there, and a couple cramps on the left side of stomach and right wouldn’t last long, I feel like I’ve been peeing a lot even if I have a couple sips of something it seems like I have to go to bathroom but only a little will come out. And today I think I’m at 10dpo I had a shooting pain in my left breast lasted couple seconds and I’m my stomach the middle of it. Still lower back cramps and achy legs. Have gotten a couple positives yesterday and then followed by negatives. Then a very faint positive today later afternoon maybe around 230 3pm
