Had a lactation consultation yesterday since we were having some latching issues. Found out baby is almost 10 pounds! He is 7 weeks old. It was exactly 3 weeks since our last appointment with the pediatrician. He was 7 pounds, 14 oz during that visit. He is gaining about a pound a week!! Should be a little over 10 pounds when we have our next pediatrician appointment on the 5th! So proud of my little man!! Breastfeeding is hard and demanding but so rewarding if you are able to do it. I am not an over producer so nursing and pumping is a little stressful sometimes! So rewarding to see it pay off.
