Cd11 with bloody cm

I posted a couple days ago about this but it’s now reoccurring and I’m not sure what to do? Cd 11. When I go the bathroom I notice cm with bloody streaks in it. Red/pink not brown so I know it’s not old. Here’s a pic for reference and my opks.
