Should I throw away breastmilk?
So I’m a twin mom and am pumping due to bad latches. I live in a a two story house in order to do my nightly pumping we have a mini fridge upstairs. This morning, I noticed that it was leaking water but I didn’t pay much attention. Well, when I finally came down stairs to wash the parts and pump again I noticed that the napkin I place under the parts was wet. Now, I’m worried that it was from the fridge and that it got into the milk somehow. I’m not 100% sure. It is about 10 ounces of breast milk which would be two bottles for my girls. I’m just making enough to feed them as it is and try to supplement as little as possible. One of my twins does really poorly with formula. I really don’t want to throw it away but am worried water got in. Should I throw it away just in case or would you give it to them?
