Fresh failed now doing FET

Hi ladies,

Just got the call today that my fresh IVF was not successful. I’m extremely disappointed and keep asking myself what I could’ve done differently. I know it’s silly to think that way but my husband and I decided that we want to do our FET cycle immediately.

Does anyone have tips and tricks to help make this one stick?

We have MFI. Currently have 3 embryos on ice.
