Alas, frozen yogurt is not really much if any “healthier” than ice cream. In fact sometimes it has even more sugar, unless you get the plain kind. So there is really no point in calling it ice cream to like, trick your kids into eating something healthy. It doesn’t always even have much probiotic effect (depends on manufacturing process). It’s just very well marketed!
Total aside, but if you guys have never had frozen custard, omg, do it. Amazing. Very much NOT health food though ;)
