Hi ladies.
I got pregnant when I was 18. Ended in a miscarriage at about 6/7 weeks. I had to have a D&C procedure as it didn't come away its self.
But now I am 32 and have been TTC for over a year and nothing is happening.
I got pregnant before, and my Fiancé has a child from a previous relationship.
Don't know where am going wrong
