How to quit breastfeeding?

I’m tired 😩
My LO is now 14 months and has been exclusively feeding from one breast 🥴 (My right boob just never turned on 🤷🏾‍♀️) I work full time from home and watch him all day. It’s exhausted having to breastfeed with his teeth scrapping my skin. But I don’t know how to quit because he still hasn’t transitioned to milk (we’ve tried cow, goat, almond and soy) and he relies on being breastfeed to sleep. 
Anybody have tips on how to get baby off of me?!

I don’t know but I would probably work on quitting comfort feeding, especially to fall asleep. We stopped comfort feeding when we sleep trained and it was phenomenal for sleep and helped me wean.

This sounds like me. I decided at 12 months that I would no longer nurse my daughter throughout the night. She’s 15.5 months now and we just moved into the 2nd phase. She no longer gets milk through the day. I just shake my head no when she goes for my shirt and now she whines a bit, but then is easily redirected. It’s only been 4 days though. I’m going to pump and see if she take milk from her cup. We shall see. I will say that every baby is different, so you have to find what’s best for you. A slow ween was best for us. Good luck.

Same. Mine has been exclusively left breast fed for a year now and is still relying on milk for most of her nutrition. She's starting to realize milk isn't cutting it though and will get hangry and allow me to feed her a meal. She has a great pallet and likes a variety of foods but loves her milk more than anything. I decided to start actively weaning in the spring when we can go outside more. The plan is to wean her down to 2 feeds a day initially and use distraction to avoid breastfeeding the rest of the times like going for a walk, a trip to the front yard to play, a bath, offer snacks etc.

I would try to pump while they are still asleep in the morning.  You can try to mix cow milk into the breast milk gradually

I have no advice cause I’m in the same position. mine has been nursing solely from the left boob for the last several months and I’m pregnant again so I’m ready to wean but no idea how I’m going to get there. I’m very reliant on breastfeeding as my method for getting him back to sleep and any time he’s upset so it’s going to be a struggle :/

Start mixing in your breast milk with cows milk. Don’t give in my son hated cows milk but I just kept offering it. They won’t starve themselves if they are hungry enough they will take the cows milk he was completely on cows milk in about 4 days
