Blocked Fallopian tubes TTC baby #2

Has anyone experience blocked Fallopian tubes after having a baby without any intervention? I had my first child about a year and a half ago. I did have a C section but it was because my son’s heart rate kept dropping during vaginal delivery. I have had pelvic pain for the last two months. My doctor sent me for an ultrasound and an HSG. They both revealed some blockage. I’m seeing a specialist this week but I’m curious if anyone has experience blocked tubes subsequent to a mostly “normal” first pregnancy and childbirth? My OB is very surprised my tubes are blocked.
