Am i bad neighbor if I do this?

My neighbors have a big dog since they moved in. They leave him out 90% of the day. All he does is bark. Their backyard is right by the master so I hesr it all day, late at night, early in the morning. They told us a year ago they were “working on it.” They’ve done nothing.

I tried reporting them to code enforcement anonymously, nothing ever came from it as far as I know because the dog is still out at all hours barking.

Newborn mom with lack of sleep, am I a complete douche if every time their dog wakes up my newborn I take my baby in our backyard so they can hear HER cry for a bit late at night? That, or I am ready to get a bullhorn and bark back at this dog.

We have a dog.... our dog doesn’t bark. I love dogs. But I am at the end of my rope.
