Don’t think I ovulate based on temps but have been cramping all week and have sore nipples

Every month I get positive OPK’s, then days later my boobs swell & hurt super bad I break out and am moody all the way up til my period. Except I don’t actually ovulate (confirmed by blood work) on my own so yes

Do you still get your period? If yes then yes, PMS symptoms are still normal. If you don't you might have other hormonal issues that may cause PMS like symptoms.
