Bleeding in Early Pregnancy

So I am just over 4 weeks. I took a pregnancy test the day before my period was due and the morning it was due. Both were positive. This was a few days ago. Last night my husband and I were able to have some “alone time” and afterwards I had some brown spotting. This morning there was still some residual brown spotting. Earlier this afternoon I suddenly had some light bleeding, red in color. As the day has progressed it has decreased to just spotting, but is still red. Since getting positive tests I have had light intermittent cramping, which hasn’t changed today. Do I need to be worried?
