Menopur??

Hi ladies! 
This is my first cycle with menopur. Do I take it same time each day or it doesn’t make a difference??

My nurse said to take it same time +/- 1 hr

My dr asked me to take it within minutes of the same time everyday.

I was told to take it on an evening, roughly the same time every night, but it didnt have to be exact
