Baby Fever gone?

I have had the worst baby fever since I was 15 and now suddenly it is gone. Like I obviously still want to be a mother but now I’m okay waiting until I am 18 so that I can adopt. Maybe I have just accepted that I am infertile? (pcos) Has this happened to anyone else before?
