So I put my "friend" on my phone plan shortly after I moved in with her. She paid for the phone to be put on my plan. I started a job at the end of July which she stopped paying for it. The deal was that she would give me $100 even month for her side of the plan. Shouldn't the phone be mine now and I can do with it that I want. She didn't pay me for 6 MONTHS.

Update 1: if I take this phone then apparently I would be stealing it according to her father.

Update 2: I she got my mother in and my mother forced me to unrestrict her phone so today she can only make phones. This was after she got my mom and her mom in this. Her mom bitched out and tried to manipulate my mom.

Update 3: So tried to keep my stuff so I am going to get my stuff via 👮‍♂️ visit plus I getting the phone.
