Hi ladies!!!

I have had some back pain through my entire pregnancy so far, mainly at night or if I stand to long. But, tonight it’s like worse, feels like a burning dull pain from the bottom to the middle of my back.

Should I be worried? I also feel like I have some trapped gas as well that might be contributing to this.

Idk when it’s bad enough to go the hospital or just ride it out because that’s part of pregnancy. Please help lol!

I did check baby with at home Doppler and his HR is 155bpm.
