Pup swallowed a screw?! 😟🥺😔😭

My 3 month old puppy swallowed a screw.  What do I do??? Will she be ok??? Please help me 😭😔🥺😟

Go the vet. A screw has reply sharp edges that can perforate something.

I asked my boss of I could come in just before work amd come back when I'm done.. he asked why.. so hpw do I tell him I need to be with her?  She cries all day. Her cry / bark is very raspy and she's all alone
