Newborn pees and poos a lot?

Hi! My newborn pees/poops once before and once after each feed! The amount of pee/poop ranges from a little to a lot... but I’m essentially changing diapers about 14-16x a day... is that normal ?

Haha yes, welcome to life with a newborn! They usually don't do one big poop but instead to a million tiny poops throughout the whole day. Annoying, I know... but this part doesn't last forever! You're doing great :)

Yes my baby needed a nappy change after every feed and sometimes more. Once baby is a bit older it eases off and my 6 week old only poops once or twice a day now 👍🏻

We usually expect at least one poop in the hour after she eats. It’s usually two though...and now it’s stinky

Yup! Same here. Usually doing 2 diaper changes for every awake period- sometimes 3. Going through 12-15 per day.
