I ordered a cup off Amazon (the Lena) I’m not on my period but I wanted to try it so I cleaned it and got it it, but then I couldn’t get it out. I have very small hole Bc I’m a virgin so I couldn’t really fit my fingers up there with it to break the suction. As I tried to pull down I could feel the suction on my cervix which hurt and was uncomfortable. I finally just forced it out without breaking the suction which hurt really bad and now I’m in pain. I don’t wanna give up on the cup quite yet does anyone have any suggestions on insertion and removal??
