Can you drink crystal light!?

I’m not sure if it has artificial sweetener. Can you drink it while pregnant?

Yes, you can drink crystal light. During the start of morning sickness, all I could tolerate was crystal light lemonade (I couldn't drink regular lemonade bc of all the sugar).
I only lasted a few weeks drinking it before I got sick of it and switched to seltzer.
Once I was no longer nauseated, all I wanted was ice water and the occasional chocolate milk lol

Almost anything you eat/drink has something artificial in it, whether dyes or chemicals. You can drink crystal light and have zero worries 👍

I personally wouldn't just because of all the artificial chemicals. I'm not sure if you officially "can't" but I just avoid chemical additives in food when pregnant.

If I did I would literally only use a small amount and it would only be once every two weeks. Basically, if I had nothing else and didn’t want to run to the store. Use fruit!!
