Anxiety

He

Hello, my moms neighbor is the sweetest woman. She lives with her husband. He is a disabled veteran and is on oxygen and doesn’t leave his chair pretty much all day. She cleans around him and waits on him hand and foot. She takes him to all his doctors appointments, does all the banking, grocery shopping, everything. She was working in a daycare in the infant room up until covid. She is 75+ years old. She’s been suffering from anxiety the last few months. Understandably so with everything going on and all of the stress on her. She said she woke up this morning and just needed her husband to hold her hand for a few minutes and that she was shaking (panic attack). I’ve had anxiety and panic attacks for years but idk how to approach this. I want to do something nice for her. I want to get her something that will genuinely help. She can’t use candles because of the oxygen for her husband. I was thinking about buying her a mindfulness book and maybe some lavender bath stuff and a nail certificate (not to use rite now but when Covid calms down a bit). I need some ideas for her. She is a very religious woman (catholic), she enjoys gardening and knitting. Just a wonderfully sweet woman. Any ideas will help!
