14 week old... sleep regression already?

Question

Could my baby already be starting the dreaded 4 month sleep regression at 14 weeks? Thought I would have a tad longer, but she went from sleeping through the night to the last few night waking up 4 or more times 😭 this sleep regression was hands down the worst with my first daughter. Anyone have tips on how to get through this regression easier

14 weeks today and the past few nights have been bad for us too. She used to only get up once or twice to eat but now she’s up every 2-3 hours. Sometimes paci helps, sometimes it doesn’t. She also is acting like she hates the swaddle and ends up on the opposite side of the bassinet that I put her on so I think that saga is coming to an end and part of what’s waking her up.

I’m here too for the past 2 weeks!😩 my 14 weeks old has been a nightmare the past week or two. Little better last night though🤞

Yep. Mine only was waking twice but since 12 weeks has been waking more. I offer pacifier first but she wakes again within 30-60 mins so I end up nursing her. I’m hoping this is the regression and it doesn’t get any worse... also dreading her starting to roll bc I’ll have to stop swaddling and she still has quite the startle reflex not to mention my son used to roll and get “stuck” on his tummy and cry every 20 mins 😭😭😭😭

Girl yessss. My son is 13 weeks and having the same issue to only wake up 2 times at night and the past 3 nights it’s been 4-5 fml

Sound like it. Try to offer paci when wakes up instead of feeding right away.
