Discolored cum

Does anyones partner (man/men) have a problem like this? His cum is always a yellow tint. It smells like normal and he refuses to go to the dr because he says there is nothing wrong🙄 what do you think it is and why is it like this? I'm starting to wonder if this is the reason I havent gotten pregnant while we have been TTC for a year now.

Please someone help...
