Extreme cold intolerance
Sometimes, it will be 76° in the house, like right now, and I will be so cold. Right now, I have on 3 thick fleece tops (2 sweaters and a hoody) and 3 fleece lined leggings with fleece pjs, and 3 pairs of socks. When i take my socks off, my feet are still ice cold, and half of the bottom of my foot is white. I know I have Raynauds. It used to just affect my hands and feet but the pst few months, I’ve had the white patches on my face, and my back feels cold like my hands and feet do even though I’m wearing a lot of layers. I went to the doctor over this, but she didn’t give me an answer as to why it’s getting worse. She tested me for a few things, but I tested negative (except lupus, but I didn’t have enough anti nuclear antibodies required for an actual diagnosis)
I see a hematologist this week, because my wbc and rbc has been pretty low, could they figure out why I’m cold all the time? It’s getting to the point I can’t do things I’ve always enjoyed doing. Woodworking for example. I get too cold and my hands get too stiff to use a jigsaw😞
